All parks and recreation areas owned, operated or controlled
by the county shall be open to the public each day from 6:00 a.m.
until 10:00 p.m., and closed to the public each day from 10:00 p.m.
until 6:00 a.m. the following day, except that when organized activities
scheduled with the approval of the board of county commissioners necessitate
keeping a park or recreation area open beyond 10:00 p.m., the park
or recreation area shall remain open as long as permitted by the board
of county commissioners.

No person, other than duly authorized employees, agents or officers of the county, shall be in or on any park or recreation area owned, operated or controlled by the county during closed hours, as set forth in section 92.35.
