A.
Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb.
B.
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon any State-maintained highway or through street as established herein in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than the following distances in each lane or lanes of directional travel:

Two-lane roadway, thirteen (13) feet from the centerline in each directional lane of travel.
2.
Three-lane roadway, thirteen (13) feet in each respective lanes.
3.
Four-lane undivided roadway, twenty-five (25) feet from the centerline in each two (2) directional lanes of travel.
4.
Four-lane divided roadways, thirteen (13) feet in each respective lane.
