For the purpose of this division, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
A weatherproof surface that will not soften when exposed to water and is of sufficient strength and thickness not to crack or deteriorate under normal wheel loads.
Any tract of land of 45,000 square feet or more where accommodation is provided for nontransient mobile home use, whether or not a charge is made for the use. It shall include any building, structure or enclosure used or intended for use in the mobile home park.
Usage for a period of time of not less than one month by the patrons of the park.
The horizontal distance between the side lot lines, measured at right angles to the side lot lines at a point midway between the front and rear of the lot. When different results are obtained by measuring from different side lot lines the shortest distance shall be considered the space width.
