Compensation for the mayor is set at one hundred and fifty dollars
($150.00) per month and compensation for the members of the city council
is set at seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month.

In accordance with section 21 of the [charter of the] city, regular meetings of the city council shall hereafter (subsequent to July 1986) be held in council chambers on the first and third Mondays of each month.
