ORDINANCE NO. 2003-06-16-007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMERON, TEXAS, PROVIDING REGULATIONS,
DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND
WITHIN THE CITY AND ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY,
OPEN MEETINGS AND EFFECTIVE DATE CLAUSES; PROVIDING PENALTIES; AND
PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS.
Whereas, the ordinances of the City regulating the development
and subdivision of land within the City and its extraterritorial jurisdiction
should be amended to better provide an attractive living environment
and to protect the health, safety and welfare of the present and future
residents of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CAMERON,
