Any person who shall, without having first obtained permission from the owner, stick, paint or stamp upon any house, fence, wall, pavement or other object not his own, in this city, any written, printed or other notice, bill, sign, circular, poster or advertisement shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined.

Any person who shall willfully deface, remove, destroy or injure any building, ornament, bulletin board, sign, showframe, platform or other object not his own, in this city, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined.

Any person who shall dig, remove or carry away, or cause or procure the same to be done, any sod, stone, earth, sand or gravel from any lot or parcel of land or other premises in this city not his own, without first having obtained permission from the owner of such lot or parcel of land or other premises, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined.
