(a)
North Lamar Avenue.
The 1200 block of North Lamar Avenue
shall be limited to vehicular traffic, of whatever nature, in a northerly
direction only. The one-way limitation imposed hereby shall commence
at the intersection of East 12th Street and Lamar Avenue and terminate
at the intersection of East 13th Street and North Lamar Avenue and
thereby encompass only the 1200 block of Lamar Avenue.
(b)
East 13th Street.
(1)
The 200 block of East 13th Street, same being located between the
intersection of North Lamar and East 13th Street and the intersection
of north Fannin and East 13th Street, shall be limited to vehicular
traffic, of whatever nature, in a westerly direction only.
(2)
The 300 block of East 13th Street between the intersection of North
Lamar Avenue and East 13th Street and the intersection of North Milam
Avenue and East 13th Street shall be limited to vehicular traffic,
of whatever nature, in an easterly direction only.
