(a)
U.S. Highway 77 and 190.
(1)
Prohibited area.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked at any time any motor vehicle on the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 77 and 190 in the city between its intersection with 22nd Street and 250 feet south of said intersection on the east side of said highway and 300 feet south of said intersection on the west side of said highway.
(2)
Penalty.
Any person who shall park or cause to be parked a motor vehicle upon the aforementioned portion of said U.S. Highway 77 and 190 and the right-of-way thereof, at any time, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction therefor by the corporation court shall be assessed a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00).
(b)
U.S. Highway 77 and State Highway 36.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked at any time any motor vehicle, trailer or other wheeled vehicle inside the curbed and guttered area or upon the paved portion of East Fourth Street, same being State Highway 36 in the city, between Highway Department Station #467+39 to Station 487+50, said location being further identified as that point where the ATSF Railroad track passes over East Fourth Street, same being State Highway 36, to 1.0 miles southeast of U.S. Highway 77 intersection with State Highway 36.
(c)
South Nolan Avenue.
(1)
Prohibited area.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked at any time any motor vehicle on the west side of South Nolan Avenue between Tyson and Gillis Streets in the city.
(2)
Penalty.
Any person who shall park or cause to be parked a motor vehicle in violation of subsection (c)(1) hereof, at any time, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be assessed a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
