It shall be an offense for a person to knowingly be upon the
grounds of a privately owned cemetery during the hours from one-half
hour after sunset until one-half hour before sunrise. It is an exception
to this section that the person is an employee of the cemetery or
a contractor engaged in lawful work within the cemetery.
