Disconnect fee if payment is not received in the utility office by
the date specified in the disconnection notice: $40.00.
Reservation of the right to forego or postpone disconnection
of service if the prior balance is forty dollars ($40.00) or less.
Additional reconnection fee after regular hours or on weekends
or on holidays if residential utility service is disconnected for
nonpayment: $35.00.
Fee for commercial reconnects made during the days of the week
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.:
$35.00.
Additional fee for payments received after hours by the police
station: $35.00.

Service charge for reconnecting services after disconnection authorized under section 20.03.002(c) of the Code of Ordinances: $125.00.

or in person of obstruction of the meter reader to read meter: $20.00.

or order or if the check, draft or order is returned unpaid for any
other reason: $30.00.
