(a)
For the
purpose of protecting the towns streets from damage caused by heavy
vehicles having a long turning radius, the following turns shall be
unlawful at the following intersections of public streets within the
town.
(b)
It shall
be unlawful for any person while driving or operating a truck in an
westerly direction on Ridgebriar Street to make a right turn at the
intersection of Ridgebriar and Highview Drive.

The term "truck" as used in the above section shall not include
a standard pick-up truck having the same turning radius as a standard
two axle passenger vehicle.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be punished by a penalty of fine in accordance with the general
penalty provision set forth in Section 1.109 of this code for each
offense. Each and every day such offense is continued shall constitute
a new and separate offense.
