The International Residential Code, 2009 edition, is hereby adopted by reference. A copy of this code, with any approved amendments, shall be kept on file in the office of the building inspections division for reference and inspection.

Local amendments to the International Residential Code as adopted by the town and as amended from time to time are not printed herein, but shall remain in full force and effect. Said amendments shall be available and on file in the office of the town secretary.
