The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as
to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street or at any intersection
controlled by traffic lights.

At the intersections of West Eleventh Street and Quincy Street
and West Twentieth Street and Yonkers Street, it shall be and is hereby
declared unlawful for any vehicular traffic or any automobile, motorcycle,
motor scooter and/or any type of motor vehicle which is self-propelled
to make a right turn on red during the hours specified and posted,
these hours being 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
on school days only.
