Any person locating a mobile or HUD-code manufactured home on a lot as a dwelling unit shall be required to first obtain a location permit therefor.

All mobile or HUD-code manufactured home lot preparation, development and subdivision shall be required to be completed in accordance with all applicable state laws and all applicable ordinances of the city, including but not limited to the city subdivision regulations.

All mobile or HUD-code manufactured homes placed on lots must comply with all applicable requirements of the city zoning ordinance.

All utility hookups to mobile or HUD-code manufactured homes as permanent dwellings shall be made in accordance with the applicable requirements of the city electrical code, plumbing code and building code.
