The building official, the director of planning and inspection, the city health officer, the fire chief and the chief of police, or their designated representatives, are hereby authorized and directed to make such inspections in a legal manner as are necessary to determine compliance with this article.

The person obtaining a location permit shall within thirty (30) days notify the planning and inspection department and request a final inspection. Thereupon, within five (5) working days, the building official or his representative shall inspect the utility connections and place a weather-resistant sticker on the mobile or HUD-code manufactured home signifying that the mobile or HUD-code manufactured home is in compliance or notify the owner, occupant or permittee in writing as to what is not in compliance with city ordinance.
