§ 1.04.091 Position established.

The position of city secretary hereby established.

§ 1.04.092 Powers and duties.

The duties and powers of the position shall be as prescribed by law, and as established by the city council.

The city secretary shall be appointed by the city administrator for an indefinite term of office.
