In approving a development plan, the planning and zoning commission
or city council may impose additional reasonable requirements necessary
to protect the public interest and welfare of the community.
|
Such conditions and restrictions shall not be construed as conditions
precedent to the granting of the SP Site Plan District zoning, but
must be complied with prior to the granting of a certificate of occupancy.
|
If in the opinion of the city manager or the city manager's
designee, the proposed changes to the site plan are not minor changes
under the above criteria, then the changes may only be approved by
the city council. The city council may consider the changes as part
of a revised site plan, which shall be submitted and processed in
accordance with the regulations of this section.
