(a)
Restrictions.
The city council, on April 8, 1986, voted to establish rules and regulations governing anyone fishing on City Farm as a result of damages to improvements located on City Farm during Easter weekend in the year of 1986. All fishermen are to confine themselves to the immediate area of the San Saba River banks and are not to aggress a distance greater than 100 feet out from the slope of the top bank. These fishermen are not to cross fences or markings defining the city’s golf course without obtaining a written permission from the city golf pro. All fishermen are to travel in their vehicles on existing pasture roads and the golf course road.
(b)
Permit required.
All fishermen, including every member of his party, will be required to obtain a permit from city hall before entering City Farm for the purpose of fishing.
(c)
Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine, and upon conviction of any such violation shall be fined in any amount of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
