(a) 
Restrictions.
The city council, on April 8, 1986, voted to establish rules and regulations governing anyone fishing on City Farm as a result of damages to improvements located on City Farm during Easter weekend in the year of 1986. All fishermen are to confine themselves to the immediate area of the San Saba River banks and are not to aggress a distance greater than 100 feet out from the slope of the top bank. These fishermen are not to cross fences or markings defining the city’s golf course without obtaining a written permission from the city golf pro. All fishermen are to travel in their vehicles on existing pasture roads and the golf course road.
(b) 
Permit required.
All fishermen, including every member of his party, will be required to obtain a permit from city hall before entering City Farm for the purpose of fishing.
(c) 
Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine, and upon conviction of any such violation shall be fined in any amount of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Risien Park.
(1) 
Title.
This section shall be known and may be cited as the ordinance regulating alcoholic beverages in Risien Park.
(2) 
Prohibited acts.
No person in Risien Park shall:
(A) 
Possess alcoholic beverages.
(B) 
Consume any alcoholic beverages.
(3) 
Special permits.
Special permits for possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be issued to any person, firm, or corporation making arrangements to use any of the facilities in Risien Park for parties and special events.
(4) 
Enforcement.
(A) 
Enforcement officers.
Any officer of the law, the director, and any park attendant shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this section.
(B) 
Ejection from park.
Any officer of the law, the director, and any park attendant shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this section.
(C) 
Seizure of property.
Any law officer, the director, and any park attendant shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing, or device in the park used in violation of this section.
(5) 
Glass containers.
No glass containers are allowed near or in the swimming area.
(6) 
Penalty.
Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), together with the cost of such prosecution. Each day during which violation continues shall be a separate offense.
(b) 
Mill Pond Park.
(1) 
Short title.
This section shall be known and may be cited as “Mill Pond Park” ordinance regulating alcoholic beverages in Mill Pond Park.
(2) 
Behavior.
No person in Mill Pond Park shall:
(A) 
Possess alcoholic beverages.
(B) 
Consume any alcoholic beverages.
(3) 
Providing permits.
Special permits for possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be issued to any person, firm, or corporation making arrangements to rent any of the facilities in Mill Pond Park.
(4) 
Enforcement.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter any city park (Mill Pond, LCRA Nature, Risien and West Side Parks) between the hours of 9:00 o’clock p.m. and 5:00 o’clock a.m. Central standard time and 10:00 o’clock p.m. and 5:00 o’clock a.m. Daylight savings time without specific permission from the city.

(a) 
The city council has determined that pumping water directly from Mill Pond for personal and/or business uses is hereby prohibited.
(b) 
The city council has determined that the city may pump water from Mill Pond for irrigation purposes and that the volunteer fire department may pump water from Mill Pond for emergency uses.
(c) 
Any person or company violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined for an amount not less than $100.00 and not exceeding $500.00.

(a) 
Restrictions.
Fishing shall be limited to catch and release for at least one year from the date of passage of this section. Any person fishing must obtain a fishing license from the state parks and wildlife department.
(b) 
Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine, and upon conviction of any such violation shall be fined in any amount of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).

All forms of drilling and mining are permanently prohibited in any public park located within the city limits.
(b) 
No previously drilled and abandoned well or mine may be reopened in any public park located within the city limits.
