Editor’s note–Former division 2, sections 18.02.031–18.02.034 pertaining to the parks and recreation commission and deriving from Ordinance 2013-21, sec. 2, adopted 8/20/13, was repealed and deleted in its entirety by Ordinance 2016-20, sec. 6, adopted 10/11/16. These provisions can now be found in article 1.02, division 8.
