(A) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to show or exhibit in a theater in the City any motion picture, slide, or other exhibit which is visible from any public street, highway, or private property outside of the theater’s premises, in which the bare genital organs, the bare buttocks or the bare female breasts of the adult human body are shown, or in which striptease, burlesque, or nudist-type scenes are shown in such movie, slide, or exhibit.
(B) 
Any theater engaged in the above-prescribed acts shall maintain screening system or device of sufficient height to prohibit viewing of such from any public street, highway, or private property outside of the theater’s premises, said screening to be installed within sixty (60) days after the passage of this section. (C) 
The acts prohibited in subsections (A) and (B) hereof are hereby declared to be distinct, separate, and cumulative offenses.
