Editor’s note–Former article III, sections 31.55–31.64,
pertaining to extension of water and sanitary sewer mains (pro-rata),
was repealed and deleted in its entirety by Ordinance 7052, sec. 12,
adopted 5/7/19. Prior to the deletion this article derived from the
following: Ordinance 4124, sec. 1, adopted 9/1/87; and Ordinance 4845,
secs. 1–3, adopted 3/7/95.
