(a)
Fire and rescue service fees as specified in section 5.03.002, which may be amended from time to time, will be charged to any person who is deemed to be at-fault for the causation of, or whose negligence contributed to, an incident requiring city fire and rescue services.
(b)
The
city or its authorized agent shall send an invoice to the person or
the person’s insurance provider and such person or insurance
provider shall remit full payment of such fees to the city or its
authorized agent immediately upon receipt of an invoice.
(c)
Fees
will be charged and collected for those fire and rescue services provided
inside the city limits as well as those services provided outside
the city limits in areas where the city is authorized to provide such
services.
