(a) 
Designated intersections.
After the appropriate engineering and traffic studies, the hereinafter designated traffic-control devices are hereby authorized at the below-named street intersections:
(1) 
All-way stop signs.
Stop signs for all street approaches at the following intersections:
Ambassador Row and Seville Court.
Bowen Road and Arkansas Lane.
Roosevelt Drive and Arkansas Lane.
Roosevelt Drive and California Lane.
Sieber Drive and Sunset Lane Park Drive.
Sunset Lane Park Drive and California Lane.

(b) 
Placement; standards.
Stop signs and/or other appropriate traffic-control devices conforming to the manual and specifications for uniform traffic-control devices adopted by the state transportation commission shall be erected at the intersections specified in subsection (a) of this section.
(c) 
Duties of drivers.
The duties of operators of vehicles at intersections regulated by traffic-control devices shall be as provided for in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code, chapter 544.

(a) 
No driver of a vehicle shall make a left turn between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the below-named locations and as noted on the map attached to Ordinance 2018-02 as attachment A:
(1) 
From the eastbound exit of the commercial drive in the 4200 block of South Bowen Road onto South Bowen Road.
(2) 
From the eastbound exit of the commercial establishment in the 4100 block of South Bowen Road onto South Bowen Road.
(b) 
No driver of a vehicle shall make a left turn between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. while school is in session at the below-named locations and as noted on the map attached to Ordinance 2025-12 as attachment A:
(1) 
From the school parking lot exit located in the 3500 block of Roosevelt Drive onto Roosevelt Drive.
(2) 
From the school parking lot exit located in the 3600 block of Roosevelt Drive onto Roosevelt Drive.
(3) 
From the school parking lot exit located in the 2800 block of West Arkansas Lane onto West Arkansas Lane.
(c) 
No left turn signs and/or other appropriate traffic-control devices conforming to the manual and specifications for uniform traffic-control devices adopted by the state transportation commission shall be erected at the locations specified in subsection (a) and (b) of this section.
