(b)
Placement; standards.
Stop signs and/or other appropriate traffic-control devices conforming to the manual and specifications for uniform traffic-control devices adopted by the state transportation commission shall be erected at the intersections specified in subsection (a) of this section.
(c)
Duties of drivers.
The duties of operators of vehicles
at intersections regulated by traffic-control devices shall be as
provided for in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code, chapter 544.

(a)
No driver of a vehicle shall make a left turn between the hours of
6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the below-named locations and as noted
on the map attached to Ordinance 2018-02 as attachment A:
