(a) 
Tapping fees assessed for connection to the city sewer system are as provided in section A13.02.091 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
(b) 
All taps above 6 inches will be at the actual cost of labor and materials.
(c) 
Charges for boring, pavement repair, and/or special materials (including lift station) or labor required for installation of a tap inside or outside the city will be charged in addition to the tapping fee.

The rates for use of the city sewer system shall be in accordance with this section.
(1) 
Residential consumers within city.
For residential consumers within the city limits, the charge per billing cycle shall be based on the averaged water billings for the previous December, January and February. The rate, as initially determined, shall be billed for each ensuing billing cycle in the same amount. The rates are as provided in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
(2) 
Business, commercial and industrial consumers within city.
For business, commercial and industrial consumers, within the city limits, the charge per billing cycle shall be based on the metered water usage per billing cycle or, if metered, the metered gallons of wastewater discharged per billing cycle in the city’s sanitary sewer system. The rates are as provided in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
(3) 
Outside city.
On any sewage disposal facility furnished outside the city limits, the volumetric charges shall be the same as for service in the city, with a separate monthly minimum charge as provided in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code.
(4) 
The sewer charge for each apartment complex or similar structure or mobile home park metered for water service through a master meter shall be based on the type of usage associated with each meter or master meter.

The sewer charge for each apartment complex or similar structure or mobile home park metered for water service through a master meter shall be the rate set as the monthly minimum rate for residential consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code multiplied by each occupied rentable space or apartment, as the case may be, per billing cycle.
(B) 
Apartment complexes or similar structures or mobile home parks metered for water service through a master meter(s) and having jointly metered residential and public use areas shall be charged the rate set as the monthly minimum rate for residential consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code multiplied by each occupied rentable space or apartment, as the case may be, per billing cycle for the residential areas plus the rate set as the monthly minimum for business, commercial, and industrial customers as set out in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code multiplied by the number of each separate public use area with water service.
(C) 
The sewer charge for public use areas of each apartment complex or similar structure or mobile home park metered for water service but not metered jointly with any residential usage areas shall be the rate set as the monthly minimum rate for business, commercial, or industrial consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.092 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code multiplied by the number of each separate public use area on such meter with water service, per billing cycle.
