A uniform speed limit of 25 miles per hour is fixed as the maximum
speed for travel by all vehicles over Township roads. (3610 (a)(10)
Motor Vehicle Code).
In accordance with the provisions of Section 3360 of the Motor
Vehicle Code, signs setting speed limits shall be erected along each
Township road covered by this article.
The cost of signs shall be borne by adjacent property owners
whose land abuts said Township roads.

Any person who violates a provision of this article shall, upon
conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties set forth in the
Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362(c), for each
provision so violated.
