In the G and H retail districts, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be hereafter erected or structurally altered which is arranged or designed to be used for other than one or more of the following uses:

Any use permitted in any of the foregoing districts.

Advertising signs or symbols.
(3)
Agricultural implements, sales and service, completely enclosed within walls and under roof.
(4)
Archery range, commercial.
(5)
Art printing.
(6)
Athletic club, commercial.
(7)
Auction sales, permanent location, livestock sales not permitted.
(8)
Auto body shop (no outside storage).
(9)
Auto laundry.
(10)
Auto paint shop.
(11)
Auto sales and service.
(12)
Baggage transfers.
(13)
Bakery, where the entire output is sold at retail on the premises.

The adequacy of the kitchen facility is to be based upon the seating capacity of the restaurant and the type of menu offered under the following conditions:
(A)
The gross receipts from the sale of prepared food exceed 50 percent of the entire gross receipts of such establishment.
(B)
Live entertainment may be permitted.
(C)
The establishment is open to the public to serve the public at least five days of every week.
(D)
Dance floors and dancing are prohibited.

Mini-storage buildings, being defined as storage units rented to the public, new construction with concrete floors, having eaves no higher than ten feet, and with the owner to maintain possession and control over keys and access to the individual storage units.
(91)
In an H district, light manufacturing. For purposes of this section, light manufacturing is defined as fabrication and assembly in an enclosed area with operations being conducted not more than six days per week and not more than 16 hours per day. Such manufacturing shall not cause noxious odors or noise levels which shall exceed those of other businesses authorized for such district.
