How to Access City Ordinances, the Unified Development Code, and Design Criteria

The City’s most current regulations are available online through Ecode360, including newly adopted ordinances, the Unified Development Code (UDC), and the Design Criteria Manual (DCM).

Access the Online Code Library: Visit our Ecode360 portal to browse all City ordinances and development regulations.
New or Recently Adopted Ordinances: Select the “New Laws” tab in Ecode360 to view recently approved ordinances and updates.
Unified Development Code (UDC): Use the Table of Contents to navigate to the UDC section for zoning, subdivision, land use, and development standards.
Design Criteria / Design Criteria Manual: Locate the Design Criteria section in the Table of Contents for engineering, utility, roadway, drainage, and construction standards. Some items may be available as downloadable PDFs.
Search Feature: Use the Ecode360 search bar to quickly find topics by keyword (e.g., zoning, site plan, wastewater, impact fees).
