The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article,
shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where
the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
means a liquid having a flash point below 140 degrees Fahrenheit
and having a vapor pressure of not more than 40 pounds per square
inch (absolute) at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The term does not include
a liquefied petroleum gas.
