Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article or fails to comply with this article or with any of the requirements of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine as provided in section 1.01.009.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale
within the corporate limits any pyrotechnic exhibition, rocket, blue
light, squib, cracker or other fireworks whatever, or to keep, store,
transport or handle them within the city for the purpose of sale or
offering them for sale in the corporate limits, or bring them into
or receive them into the corporate limits for the purpose of sale
or offering them for sale in the corporate limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits
to discharge, fire or set off any pyrotechnic exhibition, rocket,
blue light, squib, cracker or other fireworks whatever, unless authorized
by the city council.
