The American Bank of Pottsboro and TexPool are hereby designated
as the official depositories of the City of Pottsboro, Texas. Checking
accounts or saving accounts, as authorized by the city council, shall
be established at said banks with the requirement that all checks
written against any such account(s) shall require at least two signatures.
The authorized persons who may sign city checks are the mayor and
city secretary.
