Zoning map boundaries of all zoning districts are to be detailed on a city map. The Pottsboro city zoning map will be a to-scale computer generated map that will:
4.1.1
Detail all zones through the use of a CAD (computer-aided-design) hatching method with each zone having a unique and clearly defined hatch pattern.
4.1.2
Detail all additions with description and date. The description details are not required to be printed as part of the map, but must be an integral part of the CAD drawing file. However, the date the file was last changed shall be a required part of the map when it is printed.
4.1.3
Indicate each specific use permit in all districts by the use of an "S" designation.
4.1.4
Be in the form of a CAD file, in computer disc format, be updated semiannually, and stored in a non-attached building, site, or vault to minimize the catastrophic loss of the original computer file.
4.1.5
Have all zoning changes updated at a minimum of four times per year. (It will be the responsibility of the City Zoning Coordinator to ensure that map updates are done as required).
4.1.6
Be the most current map, and shall be hung in city hall chambers for the use and benefit of the public.
