The definitions contained herein apply to issuance of a land disturbance
permit established by the Town of North Andover Stormwater Management
and Erosion Control Bylaw and implemented through these regulations.
Terms not defined in this section shall be construed according to
their customary and usual meaning unless the context indicates a special
or technical meaning.
