(a)
The livestock district is bounded by Chester Avenue on the west side and the district shall also include blocks seven (7), eight (8), thirteen (13), and fourteen (14) of the Horsbrough Addition; a parcel of land south of blocks seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) O.T. bounded on the west by Goddard Avenue, to include blocks fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) of O.T.; all of the Elo Subdivision; all of the Considine Subdivision; blocks nine (9) and twelve (12) of the Bender Addition and a tract of land, Pt. S. 53 TTRY north of Academy Addition eighty acres in size; blocks five (5) and six (6) or Academy Addition and all land south of U.S. Highway 60. Livestock shall not be kept, maintained or harbored within eighty (80) feet of any occupied residence, or occupied building within the city limits of Panhandle.
(b)
It shall be lawful to keep cattle for grazing purposes only in the area west of Pecan Avenue, excluding Roselawn Addition, Country Club and Garrettson’s Unit No. II Subdivisions, as well as any area in this district which may be subdivided.
(c)
An exception to this section shall be the Carson County Exhibition Livestock Show Barn for the purpose of exhibition stock shows only. Provided that this exception shall not include any long term or short term housing, feeding, or raising of livestock of any species other than for exhibition stock shows only.
