The regulations for and descriptions of temporary signs specified in section 3.13.012, subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j), apply within the following CPDD zones for residential uses:
(1) 
Town Square Zone (Zone C).
(2) 
Residential Adjacency Zone (Zone D).
(3) 
Residential Transition Zone (Zone H).
(4) 
Old Highway 5 Zone (Zone G).
(5) 
Central Single-Family Preservation Zone (Zone I).
(6) 
Eastern Single-Family Preservation Zone (Zone L).

(a) 
General requirements.
The regulations for and descriptions of temporary signs specified in section 3.13.013, subsections (a)(4), (5), (6) and (7), (b)(4), (5), (6) and (7), and (c)(1) through (8), apply within the following CPDD zones for nonresidential uses:
(1) 
Northern Ceremonial Parkway Zone (Zone A).
(2) 
Northern Office/Commercial Zone (Zone B).
(3) 
Town Center Zone (Zone E).
(4) 
Western Office/Commercial Zone (Zone F).
(5) 
Southern Ceremonial Parkway Zone (Zone J).
(6) 
Southern Edge Commercial Zone (Zone K).
(7) 
Northeastern Gateway Zone (Zone M).
(8) 
Highway 5 Nonresidential Zone (Zone N).
(b) 
Large developments.
(1) 
Notwithstanding general exterior sign size requirements specified per subsection (a) of this section, signs announcing project developments on land tracts which total more than 150 acres in assembled size may request and receive approval for larger signs through the development concept plan or site plan approval process.
(2) 
Notwithstanding general exterior sign location requirements specified per subsection (a) of this section, signs announcing project developments on land tracts which total more than 150 acres in assembled size may request and receive approval for multiple designated sign locations through the concept plan or site plan approval process.

The following regulations govern the display of temporary interior signs within business establishments and other organizations within the CPDD that are either open to the public or to participating members/invitees of the establishment:
(1) 
General requirements.
(A) 
Any temporary interior signage which is affixed or attached to storefront doors or windows is subject to the rules and requirements of this article pertaining to interior signage.
(B) 
Other signs within the interior premises of a business/organizational establishment are exempt from the requirements of this article.
(C) 
Temporary interior signs do not require a sign permit from the town. However, interior signs affixed or attached to windows or doors are subject to the requirements of this article as specified. Noncomplying signs may be ordered removed or adjusted by the town code enforcement officer.
(2) 
Limitations on size and location.
(A) 
Interior signage, whether temporary or permanent, may not cover, occupy or exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the total area of the storefront windows or doors visible to the public from the exterior of the premises.
(B) 
Interior signage, whether temporary or permanent, may not cover, occupy or exceed fifty percent (50%) of the area of any individual storefront window or door visible to the public from the exterior of the premises.
(C) 
No interior signage may be placed in a location on windows or doors which obscures clear public view (at normal adult eye levels) into the business/organizational establishment from the exterior of the premises.

(a) 
Residential uses.
The regulations for and descriptions of temporary signs specified in section 3.13.012 apply on any land parcel within the NFPDD where an permitted residential use is established or where a plan is submitted and approved for residential development
(b) 
Commercial uses.
The regulations for and descriptions of temporary signs specified in section 3.13.013 apply on any land parcel within the NFPDD where a permitted commercial use is established or where a plan is submitted and approved for commercial development.

The regulations for temporary interior signs for CPDD zones described in section 3.13.073 apply on any land parcel within the NFPDD where a permitted nonresidential use is established or where a plan is submitted and approved for nonresidential development.
