All red tags must be paid before a certificate of occupancy is issued.
(C) 
Plan review fees.
(i) 
Remodel and detached accessory buildings plans (barns, stables, garages, cabanas, storage, pools, spa): $75.00.
(ii) 
Residential plans: $300.00.
(iii) 
Attached structures plan review fee (including apartments, duplexes, townhomes and condos) shall be 10% of the cost of the building permit fee.
(iv) 
Commercial certificate of occupancy: $100.00.
Note: The plan review fee must be paid before they are reviewed and permits are issued and is nonrefundable.
