Town of Fairview, TX ARTICLE A6.000 OIL AND GAS DRILLING AND PRODUCTION FEES

§ A6.001 Conditional use permit fee.

Drilling and production site conditional use permit: $10,000.00 per pad site + $3.00 per notification.

§ A6.002 Well permit fees.

(a) Well permit: $10,000.00 per well + $3.00 per notification.

(b) Annual well inspection: $5,000.00 per well, annually.

(c) Amended well permit: $7,500.00 per well + $3.00 per notification.

(d) Amended well permit inspection fee: $2,000.00 per well.

(e) Permit transfer fee: $1,000.00 per well permit.

§ A6.003 Pipeline permit fees.

(a) Regulated pipeline permit: $5,000.00 per regulated pipeline.

(b) Unregulated pipeline permit: $3,000.00 per unregulated pipeline.

§ A6.004 Other fees.

(a) Seismic survey permit: $500.00 per survey.

(b) Oil and gas insurance requirements review fee: $1,500.00.

(c) Revolving account for each drilling and production site: $50,000.00 minimum balance.

(d) Appeal and takings determination application fees: $1,000.00 per request + $3.00 per notification.

(e) Road damage fees shall be assessed based on the conditions of the road repair agreement previously executed by the town and the applicant.
