Well permit: $10,000.00 per well + $3.00 per notification.
(b)
Annual well inspection: $5,000.00 per well, annually.
(c)
Amended well permit: $7,500.00 per well + $3.00 per notification.
(d)
Amended well permit inspection fee: $2,000.00 per well.
(e)
Permit transfer fee: $1,000.00 per well permit.

Oil and gas insurance requirements review fee: $1,500.00.

Revolving account for each drilling and production site: $50,000.00 minimum balance.

Appeal and takings determination application fees: $1,000.00 per request + $3.00 per notification.
(e)
Road damage fees shall be assessed based on the conditions of the road repair agreement previously executed by the town and the applicant.
