A.
No changes shall be made in the contour of any land, and no grading, excavating, removal or destruction of the topsoil, trees or other vegetative cover of any land shall commence until such time that a permit application is submitted conforming to Warrington Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 370, Zoning, § 370-1103, Permits. Such application shall include a plan for minimizing erosion and sedimentation to be reviewed, approved and inspected by the Warrington Township Engineer unless there has been a determination by the Township Engineer that such plan is not necessary.
C.
Such plans shall also conform in their entirety to the requirements of Chapter 288, Stormwater Management.
D.
Any activity disturbing 2,000 square feet or more of earth shall submit a plan to the Bucks County Conservation District for review and approval in accordance with their procedures and a copy shall be provided to Warrington Township. No permit may be issued without a letter of adequacy from the Bucks County Conservation District.
