The subdivision ordinance, adopted by the city on June 15, 1973, as amended, is included at the end of this chapter as exhibit A. Due to the nature of the subdivision ordinance and the technicalities involved in adopting or amending it, such ordinance is printed herein as it appeared in appendix A to the 1989 Code of Ordinances, with only nonsubstantive formatting and style changes, except as otherwise noted. Capitalization, punctuation and numbering of articles, sections and subsections have been retained as printed in the 1989 Code. Subsequent amendments will be inserted in their proper place and denoted by a history note following the amended section. Pursuant to an ordinance adopted November 5, 2012, the provisions of the subdivision ordinance have been revised to make the language gender neutral. References herein to the city manager have been revised to city administrator without notation. Obviously misspelled words have been corrected without notation. Any other material added for purposes of clarification is enclosed in brackets.
