The enumeration of remedies in Articles VI and VII of this part does not restrict their application. Although the enforcement response plan shall serve as a guide in applying remedies and penalties, the Township reserves the right to take any action or combination of actions allowed by this part or other applicable law, including concurrent actions, if it determines that those actions re necessary for the proper and prudent administration or enforcement of the industrial pretreatment program.
