(a)
It shall
be an offense for any person, firm, or corporation to violate or fail
to perform a requirement of any provision of this chapter. Each day
that a violation is committed or continues shall be a separate offense.
(b)
An offense
under this section shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $200.00 a day for each violation or occurrence.
