§ 42-111 Purpose of article.

This article is passed by this city council in order to protect the city and its inhabitants from flooding and drainage problems.

§ 42-112 Penalty for violations and enforcement.

Any person violating any portion of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-14. The city shall also be entitled to enforcement in civil court.
