The requirements for examination and licensing of electricians
as provided in V.T.C.A., Occupations Code, chapter 1305, are hereby
adopted by reference and incorporated into this article as fully as
if set forth herein.

No person shall allow the use of his certificate of qualification or license, directly or indirectly, by any other person for the purpose of obtaining a permit to do electrical installations. In addition to the penalty provided in section 3.04.005, any person convicted of violating this provision shall forfeit his certificate of qualification and license and it shall thereafter be void.
