The International Housing Code, 2000 Edition, published by the
International Conference of Building Officials, a copy of which is
on file in the office of the city secretary, is hereby adopted and
the same is made a part hereof by reference, except as modified or
amended in this code.

Conviction of violation of any part of the housing code shall be punishable as set forth in the general penalty provision set forth in Section 1.109 of this code.
