A.
Richland Township or its municipal assignee shall inspect all phases
of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities
as deemed appropriate by the Township.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township determines that the
permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed
in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, Richland
Township may revoke any existing building permits and issue a cease
and desist stop work order until a revised SWM plan is submitted and
approved, as specified in the ordinance.
