Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, Public Law 90-284,
42 U.S.C.A. 3601–3619, as supplemented in HUD Regulations 24
CFR, part 100 and 110, prohibiting discrimination because of race,
color, national origin, religion, or sex or other protected class
established by federal and state law in real estate transactions and
related housing activities is and shall be supported and upheld in
all real estate transactions and related housing activities within
the corporate limits of the city.
