The following fees shall be charged for alarm user permits:
A. Interconnected
alarm systems connected to the town’s central alarm panel: An
initial alarm panel connection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00)
shall be charged for the initial connection to the central alarm panel;
thereafter, the annual fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per calendar
year.
B. All
alarm user permits other than those specified in the preceding paragraph
shall be charged an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per calendar
year.

A. False
alarm service fees.
1. No
service fee shall be assessed for the first two (2) false alarms per
calendar year for each alarm user permit, per structure.
2. Each
false alarm, in a calendar year, in excess of two (2) false alarms
and up to and including four (4) false alarms, shall be assessed,
by the appropriate chief or his designee, a service fee of fifty dollars
($50.00) for residential or commercial structures.
3. Each
false alarm, in a calendar year, in excess of four (4) false alarms,
shall be assessed, by the appropriate chief or his designee, a service
fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for residential or commercial
structures.
4. Any
person who negligently allows an alarm to register seven (7) or more
false alarms within a calendar year shall pay a service fee of five
hundred dollars ($500.00).
B. No
key holder response:
$125.00.

Vendors who sell fireworks shall pay a twenty-five dollar ($25.00)
permit fee unless amended by the New Mexico Fireworks Licensing and
Safety Act.
