A person or persons, or entity causing an action, which results
in Denmark Fire Department response shall be responsible for reimbursement
of costs incurred by the respective fire department in connection
with such an incident. Such costs include labor, equipment, any cleaning,
decontamination, and maintenance specific to the incident and costs
incurred in the procurement and use of specialized equipment specific
to the incident. Also, road closures for these events that are required
of the Denmark Fire Department will be covered under this article.
